Deborah Clarke ACII APMI
(Administration & Human Resources Director & Compliance Officer)
Deborah started work at Phoenix Assurance (now part of Royal Sun Alliance) in 1981 before transferring to the advisory side of the pensions industry in 1985. She was one of the founders of Trigon back in 1988.
Deborah has overall responsibility for all aspects of our administration service, running our computerised administration system and supervising our administration team.
Deborah is also our Compliance Officer and has full responsibility for compliance issues both within the company and for our clients' pension schemes.
Deborah lives with her husband and their children in South Gloucestershire.
Peter Evans ACII APMI
Peter joined Trigon in April 2008 as Client Administration Manager.
He has 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry starting with the Allied Lyons Pension Fund in 1983, moving to London Life in 1985.
In 1997 Peter joined Portland Pensions Ltd as Assistant Administration Manager becoming the Administration Manager in 2000. In October 2007 Peter was transferred under TUPE rules from Portland to Jardine Lloyd Thompson following the company sale from where he joined Trigon.
Jo Parker DipPMI
Jo joined Trigon in October 2007 as Administration Manager and heads up our Redditch team.
She began her career in pensions at Mercer HR Consulting where she spent five years as a Senior Administrator working on final salary pension schemes.
Jo worked as a Team Leader at Portland Pensions Ltd in Redditch for three years, prior to joining Trigon, responsible for the provision of administration services to a number of final salary and defined contributions pension schemes.
Jo has completed her Qualification in Pension Administration (QPA).
Sheralyn Harrison
Sheralyn joined Trigon in June 2008 and works as a Team Leader in the Bristol office.
She has 19 years’ experience in the pensions industry 12 years of which was with ‘in-house’ arrangements, starting with the Allied Lyons Pension Fund in 1989 and moving to Lloyds TSB in 1997.
In 2001 Sheralyn joined Portland Pensions Limited and in October 2007 was transferred under TUPE rules from Portland to Jardine Lloyd Thompson following the company sale from where she joined Trigon.

Lorraine Whale DipPMI
Lorraine joined our Bristol Administration Team from Jardine Lloyd Thompson in August 2008. Lorraine works as a Team Leader in the Bristol office in corporate pensions dealing with self-administered schemes.
Lorraine started working for Royal Sun Alliance in 1998 as a group life underwriter and subsequently moved to London Life to work in pensions in 2000. In 2002 she moved to Watson Wyatt and joined Portland Pensions as a Senior Administrator in 2005. In October 2007 Lorraine was transferred under TUPE rules from Portland to Jardine Lloyd Thompson following the company sale from where she joined Trigon.
Tracy White
Tracy joined Trigon in April 2009 as a Senior Pensions Administrator.
She has 10 years experience in the pensions industry having joined Portland Pensions Limited in 1999 and in October 2007 was transferred to Jardine Lloyd Thompson under TUPE rules following the company sale from where she joined Trigon.
Gill Hanton
Gill joined the administration team in Redditch in June 2011. She has worked in pensions administration since 1979, firstly at Norwich Union and then at Mercer. She therefore has a wealth of knowledge and experience of administering DB schemes.
Joanne Saker LLB(Hons) APMI
Having graduated with a law degree, Jo spent most of her career to date with Mercer HR Consulting (formerly Sedgwick Noble Lowndes) initially as a Scheme Administrator and later as the Pensions Administration Manager.
After a career break to have a family, Jo returned to work part-time as a Senior Pension Administrator with Portland Pensions before joining Trigon in a similar role in October 2007.
Jo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Administration Team in Redditch.
Jennifer Morris BSc(Hons) APMI
Jenny graduated from Harper Adams University, Warwickshire with a degree in Equine Science. Having spent just over a year at Portland Pensions, Jenny joined Trigon in October 2007.
Jenny is an Administrator in Redditch who works for us in corporate pensions dealing with both defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements. Jenny has maintained her equine interests and has competed successfully in many Horse Driving Trials.
Jenny is continuing to study for further professional qualifications.
Kayleigh Evans
Kayleigh joined Trigon in August 2008 from Jardine Lloyd Thomspon. She is an Administrator in Bristol working in corporate pensions dealing with both defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements.
Jonathan Thacker BA(Hons)
Jonathan joined Trigon in October 2010, after graduating from the University of Bristol with a degree in Ancient History. Jonathan is an Administrator in Bristol working in corporate pensions dealing with both defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements.
He loves all sports, particularly football and formula 1. Jonathan supports the mighty Newcastle United.
Kirsty McCabe BA(Hons)
Kirsty joined Trigon in December 2010 as an Administrator in Redditch after graduating from the University of Birmingham. She is working in corporate pensions dealing with both defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements.
Emma Pritchard
Emma joined Trigon in July 2011 as an Administrator within the Redditch team. Emma has over 4 years of pensions experience working previously at Hewitts and EPAL, dealing with both DB and DC schemes and all aspects of administration.
Laura Priest BSc
Laura joined Trigon in September 2011, after graduating from the University of Bristol with a degree in Biology. Laura is an Administrator in Bristol working in corporate pensions dealing with both defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements.
Hannah Nuttall BA (Hons)
Hannah joined Trigon in September 2011, after graduating from the University of the West of England with a degree in History. Hannah is an Administrator in Bristol working in corporate pensions dealing with both defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements.
Sophia To BSc (Hons)
Sophia graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Chemistry. She joined Trigon in October 2011 as a Pensions Administrator dealing with both defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements.
Sophia is a film enthusiast.
