Accreditations

The Accreditations we have achieved demonstrate our commitment to continue to invest in all areas of the business in order to develop and improve our systems and controls, whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism.

International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO)

In October 2015, we successfully achieved Certification for the internationally recognised standards ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems).

Following our annual assessments (the last audit was carried out in September 2017) we continue to retain both Accreditations, which provides official recognition of our quality management and information security controls as key priorities for us throughout the business.

Cyber Essentials - Certificate of Compliance

In September 2017, following an independent assessment of the controls we currently have in place to combat cyber crime, we successfully received verification of our assessment against the ‘Cyber Essential Standards’.  The Cyber Essentials – Certificate of Compliance demonstrates that we have suitable controls in place to minimise this risk.

Following our second IIP assessment in May 2016, we retained our Accreditation proving our continued commitment to develop and invest in our staff and ensure that we maintain and strengthen our existing practices and identify areas for ongoing development.
