Investment Seminar 2012

Our latest investment seminar took place at Leigh Court, Bristol on 24 January and was attended by over 80 Trustees, Company representatives and professional contacts.

The theme for the seminar was the significant turmoil that we have seen in the global economy and the impact upon pension fund investment.

The speakers on the day were;

Stephen Jones (Head of Fixed Income, Kames Capital)

Mark Russell (Fund Manager, Legal & General Property)

Simon Webber (Fund Manager, Global and International Equities, Schroders)

Ewen Cameron Watt (Chief Investment Strategist, BlackRock)

All speakers looked back at the events of 2011 and forward to potential implications for 2012.

The seminar was very well received by all delegates with excellent feedback on organisation, content and presentation.
